Blackpink’s Jisoo, who engages in solo activities through the independent label ‘Blisoo,’ is set to communicate with global fans through the release of ‘Bubble for Blisoo’ in March.
According to the operator of Bubble, Dear U (CEO An Jong-oh, 376300.KQ), Jisoo’s exclusive Bubble app ‘Bubble for Blisoo’ will be newly released in March. Expectations are high for Jisoo to break the record for the highest number of subscribers per individual artist, considering her global fandom and popularity.
Bubble is a subscription service where artists and fans can have one-on-one conversations in messenger format. With the artist’s messages being received and replied to in a 1:1 chat room. The monthly subscription fee for one artist is 4,500 won, and the number of paid subscribers exceeded 2 million last year. Approximately 600 artists, including famous K-pop idols, actors, and sports stars from agencies like SM, JYP, and Starship Entertainment, have joined.
In particular, Jisoo, who is newly joining Dear U, is a big star with an influence of over 77 million followers on her personal Instagram alone. Her first solo album ‘Me,’ released last March, sold over 1.17 million copies in just one week, setting a record as the first female solo K-pop singer to achieve a million-seller debut. Jisoo’s fellow members are also attracting attention for whether they will join Bubble.
Previously, Blackpink joined Weverse, the largest fandom community operated by HYBE. Members Jennie and Jisoo have been actively communicating with fans through Weverse by posting greetings and selfies. Each member of Blackpink is actively pursuing solo activities through independent labels.
In addition to Jisoo’s Blisoo, Jennie announced the establishment of ‘Odd Atelier,’ and Lisa announced ‘Lloud.’ They have only re-contracted with YG Entertainment for group activities.

Good for her. She’s basically keeping Weverse alive. Might as well get more revenue by herself ![img](emote|t5_3f8po|707)
