“One of the Girls” by Jennie–along with The Weeknd and Lily Rose Depp–rises to a new peak on this week’s Pop Airplay chart. The song jumps from No. 21 to No. 18 on the ranking of the tunes that earn the largest number of audience impressions across pop radio stations in the U.S., entering the top 20 for the first time.
As her cut lifts several rungs, Jennie now claims one of the five highest-charting tracks by a South Korean solo musician in the history of the Pop Airplay chart. Her smash lands in fifth place on this all-time ranking, and its ascent looks like it may continue.
Now that “One of the Girls” has reached a new peak of No. 18, Jennie’s hit has passed Jung Kook’s “3D” for the honor of sitting in fifth place on this list. Before this frame, when the track’s high point was No. 21, she ranked one space behind Jung Kook and Jack Harlow’s collaboration, which stalled at No. 20 during its time on this tally.
Jennie may soon match, or perhaps even beat “Seven” in the coming weeks. “One of the Girls” looks like it could continue its upward surge, and the Blackpink star may continue to rewrite this record.
