Actor Ahn Bohyun (35) and BLACKPINK member Jisoo (28) have broken up. YG Entertainment, the agency of BLACKPINK, confirmed the breakup to Sports News on the 24th.
Jisoo and Ahn Bohyun had publicly acknowledged their relationship in August, becoming an official couple in the entertainment industry. Both parties had stated that they were getting to know each other with good feelings and had asked for warm support. Their relationship garnered attention as it was the first confirmed romantic involvement of a BLACKPINK member.
After quietly nurturing their beautiful love, the two have chosen their separate paths just two months after publicly announcing their relationship, but they remain good friends who support each other.
Jisoo is currently in discussions with YG regarding her re-signing with BLACKPINK, while Ahn Bohyun is set to meet the audience in the movie ‘Noryang: Sea of Death,’ which is scheduled to be released in December.

This really feels like they were in very early stages of dating each other. Since they “broke up” in 2 months, I’m guessing both Jisso and Bo-hyun realized they were not a good fit.

Based on the timeframe it very much feels like they were getting to know each other rather than seriously dating, and things must not have clicked as they expected. In any case I hope they both are happy and that they are making the right choices for themselves.
